As a Restoration Technician, you will be the first responders for homeowners who have suffered water loss to their homes. You will be responsible for assessing, mitigating and restoring properties affected by water damage or flooding. The primary role is to restore affected structures to their pre-damage condition and prevent further damage.
Wage: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Behind every team is a strong supporting Laborer. A project management and flood team can be extremely effective and communicative by collaborating to complete daily tasks. Restoration laborers will be learning every day on a variety of different tasks, such as how to complete a clean demolition and minor flood technician work. Remember, the most important question a laborer can ask is, “What’s next?”
We utilize a proprietary skills-based program called the LPE. The LPE Program was borne out of a simple hope – That we could fairly and clearly collaborate with our employees on where their skills currently sit. We are seeking a skilled and licensed Plumber to join our PPCR team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assessing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in homes and businesses affected by fire or water damage. The Carpenter works under the general direction of the Construction Manager to plan and organize the assignments of a project to meet the timeline and expected goals. A Carpenter will work in the warehouse and on-site, depending on the work being completed. Carpenter’s determine specifications and calculate requirements, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling and joining mouldings, wood materials, drywall and plastics materials, ensuring and meeting the quality standards of Platinum Pro-Claim.

As the Cabinet Shop Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support and inform Cabinetry staff, vendors, and customers with great level of organization. You will learn what data is needed to prepare our team for success, work directly under our Cabinet Shop Manager to provide great customer service to our Project Managers and customers alike. In this role, you can expect to learn about cabinetry specifications, hardware, materials, project timelines, and quotations.

Internal postings are the first step of the recruitment process for any position that opens. We are a company that believes in developing from within and helping our employees achieve their goals.
If there is no interest shown in any internal positions, then we will look to our employees to offer any referrals to us. Employee referrals are an excellent way to help maintain the family oriented culture we have worked so hard to build at Platinum Pro-Claim.
