Internal Postings

One way PPCR lives up to the value of Our People is giving employees the first chance to apply to new positions. Internal postings are the first step of the recruitment process for any position that opens. We are a company that believes in developing from within and helping our employees achieve their goals.

Employee Referrals

If there is no interest shown in any internal positions, then we will look to our employees to offer any referrals to us. Employee referrals are an excellent way to help maintain the family oriented culture we have worked so hard to build at Platinum Pro-Claim.

External Postings

Lastly, if nobody brings any referrals to us, and all employees are happy with their current positions, we all look to hire externally. Hiring externally is something we enjoy doing at PPCR because it allows us to show people why PPCR is a great place to work as well as get to meet some new faces!
