“We are thrilled to embark on the next step of our journey alongside GUS,” said Tony Scott, CEO of Pro-Claim Group. “At Pro-Claim, our primary focus has always been on the client: helping them through a difficult time as we work to quickly restore their lives back to normal. Our mission is to treat each claim as if it were happening in our own homes, providing exemplary service and clear, consistent communication with a compassionate approach. It was extremely important to us to team up with a partner that shares our core values, which is what we’ve found with GUS. Now as part of a Canada-wide network, we have an opportunity to bring our elevated standards of customer care to a larger market, and we’re excited to continue to expand and build upon the success we’ve achieved thus far.”

“This is truly an exciting time for GUS,” said René-Charles Landry, President of GUS. “Partnering with Tony and his talented team in this capacity is a major coup for our network. Their reputation for service and expertise is second-to-none in the industry. With the level of success that they have achieved during their tenure, along with their proven track record for operational excellence, welcoming them into the GUS family was an easy decision to make.”

René-Charles adds, “As the largest restoration network in Quebec, we have long been strong in the East. Now after several years of firmly focusing our efforts on our national expansion, our partnership with the Pro-Claim Group truly solidifies our presence both in Western Canada, and coast to coast as a national service provider. We are proud to have the Pro-Claim Group represent GUS in BC and Alberta and look forward to their continued success and growth in the months and years to come.”
